If an item is not immediately in stock, it will be printed specifically for your order.

How long does printing take?

Our in-house print-on-demand orders are produced in within 5 business days before shipping. During peak seasons or holidays, production time may be slightly longer.

What is PLA?

PLA is a plant-based, renewable plastic commonly used for high-quality 3D-printed home goods. It’s lightweight, sturdy, and ideal for decorative functional pieces.

How do I care for my product?

• Wipe clean with a damp cloth
• Do not soak or place in dishwasher
• Avoid hot water, heat sources, or direct sunlight

PLA is not heat-resistant and is best suited for indoor use.

Will it fit other soap bottles?

This holder is specifically designed for Bath and Body Works foaming hand soaps. Fit with other brands is not guaranteed.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

All PLAroom products are 3D printed in small batches or made to order. Due to the custom nature of 3D-printed items, all sales are finaland we do not accept returns or exchanges.

3D Printing Variations

PLAroom products are manufactured using additive (3D printing) processes. As a result, minor variations in surface finish, layer lines, texture, or color may occur between individual items. These variations are inherent to the 3D printing process and do not constitute defects.

Such characteristics are considered normal and are not grounds for return, exchange, or refund.

Quality Assurance

Each item is inspected prior to shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards for function and appearance.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
